At DigiPro we understand that a great product must be backed by great post-sales service. To ensure that you enjoy complete peace of mind once you have purchased your photocopier, printer, multi-functional device or scanner, we have a range of full service agreement options available.

Our comprehensive service agreements cover not only parts and labour, but also consumable items such as toner (NB - paper is not included).

With full UK-wide service coverage offered by our own DigiPro-employed service technicians you can rest assured that we are well-placed to offer exemplary support when you need it most.

We have a number of service centres throughout the UK, each of which holds a huge stock of the most commonly required parts and consumables. Should your machine require something a little out of the ordinary we carry a full parts stock within our Hampshire-based UK distribution centre.

As with any mechanical device, photocopiers, printers, MFDs and scanners do occasionally suffer from mechanical failure. However, with a DigiPro Service Agreement, you can ensure that you have the support in place to get you back on track in minimal time, with minimal fuss.

Our customer service operations focus around our UK call centre which is based in Wimbledon, London. From here, you can easily communicate with our trained diagnosticians who will guide you through booking a service call and ordering consumables, or simply offer any assistance you may need to use the machine.
